Shipping + Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping in the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via FedEx and will require an adult signature upon receipt. Shipping will be personally arranged with you, the buyer, and will not ship without your approval. We will only make a shipment after written confirmation via email from the purchaser.
We can offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us for this option.
At this time we can not provide international shipping through our website. If you are based outside of the United States and are interested in making a purchase, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Return Policy
Anything that is not in stock and is ordered in a specific size or color is considered a custom order and is final sale. All made to order items are considered custom orders and are final sale.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if an item arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at Info@laurendeyoungjewelry.com within three days of receipt. If an item or packaging is damaged please provide photographic documentation in your email. Lauren DeYoung Jewelry will accept returned merchandise only if unused, unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition. Returns must be made in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on special orders, custom sized items, or items that show signs of wear.
All returns must have a return authorization number from Lauren DeYoung Jewelry, along with a FedEx return shipping label that will be provided to you by Lauren DeYoung Jewelry. Returns will not be accepted if they are not made using the provided return label. All returns will be shipped via FedEx overnight service and require the item to be packaged in the same way it was delivered. Return shipments must be physically scanned into a FedEx location (no drop off boxes). Customers must provide proof of return receipt via email. Shipping must occur within seven days of receipt of the return authorization. We can only accept return items that are shipped by customers on Monday through Thursday. Lauren DeYoung Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not follow these guidelines.
Sizing
Any piece that is sized or a length is adjusted on a custom basis is final sale. If you are unsure what size you require, please contact our customer service team. If you do not see your ring size as an available option, please contact us and we will speak with our master bench jeweler to see if the request can be accommodated.

Lead Times
If an item is not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery. To confirm the lead time on a particular item, please contact our customer service team at info@laurendeyoungjewelry.com.
